First Contact
Your first contact will be with our reception team who will greet you in a friendly, professional, caring manner, and they will be happy to answer any questions that you have from your first enquiry through to the end of your treatment. We offer early, late, and weekend appointments to accommodate your every need. Once your appointment is booked, our online patient portal system allows you to complete your forms from the comfort of your home. Your First Consultation
At your first consultation your dentist will do a comprehensive examination, take dental x-rays, photographs and digital scan if required. Subsequently your dentist will go through treatment options with you and provide a treatment plan with fees. For more complex treatments, this is carried out over two sessions. This gives us the opportunity to analyse your case in detail and discuss the results in a relaxed and informal environment. This is a two way process so we are keen for our patients to be fully involved and aware of the all the available options, which is essential for creating a successful treatment plan. Appointments are made following the initial visit to follow the treatment plan once agreed and understood by the patient.
Relax During the Treatment
During treatment you will be kept well informed of the progress, and are able to relax and listen to music and watch the television on the ceiling of the surgery to help you relax. We want every patient to leave the surgery feeling 100% happy so if there is anything you need please do not hesitate to ask. Patient care does not finish when a course of treatment is completed, we cannot understate the importance of regular dental inspections and hygienist visits to maintain dental health. Our dental membership plans are a great way to maintain dental fitness.
